Lacrosse Programs
The Victory Way is the premier year-round youth lacrosse and leadership development organization in Southern California. We focus on your children’s needs and desires to succeed while instilling a passion not just for the game of lacrosse but a passion to serve others.
Our program offerings range from beginners to elite level play:
♦ BOYS RUN & GUN is designed for the beginning player of all ages
♦ Glen Miles Player Development Academy (The Academy): Intense weekly skill-set and IQ development for the EXTREMELY MOTIVATED. Age-specific, weekly instruction for middle school and high school boys and girls
♦ Boys House League is a twice weekly, games-only league
♦ Girls House League – special program in the spring is once/week, games-only league for middle and high school players
♦ Recreational field lacrosse (all skill levels and ages) as part of the winter OCLA league
♦ Box lacrosse at the Victory Athletic Center (The VAC)
♦ Private Lacrosse Training is available year-round to players of any position, gender, age, and skill level

Eligibility Guidelines – For play occurring between September 01, 2020 – August 31, 2021
U15:
All players must be 14 years old or younger on the August 31st preceding competition. It is recommended that when multiple teams exist within a program, the program should consider physical size, skill, and maturity when organizing teams.
U13:
All players must be 12 years old or younger on the August 31st preceding competition. It is recommended that when multiple teams exist within a program, the program should consider physical size, skill, and maturity when organizing teams.
U11:
All players must be 10 years old or younger on the August 31st preceding competition. It is recommended that when multiple teams exist within a program, the program should consider physical size, skill, and maturity when organizing teams.
